We know that maintaining a healthy diet, getting enough sleep and exercise and managing stress are essential components of a healthy life. 

"Healthy living" is a major area of interest for the women in our community, and we support each other in staying on course.  You will find a wide variety of programs on health-related topics at Women's Connection.  It's easy to connect with other members whose interests and objectives are similar to yours.

Sign up for a walking group


Attend an interactive workshop on mindfulness or journaling
