Vegan Food



The Vegan SIG will begin meeting on the LAST Thursday of each month, starting in April. Gatherings are generally held in the evening, but time can vary based on the hostess for that month.


  • In March , the Vegan SIG group enjoyed the first gathering of 2026 with a (high protein) pasta dinner at Char's house.

  • May 28 will be hosted by Terri
  • June will be hosted by Susanna
  • July will be held at Vinaigrette in Minneapolis where we will learn about different types of olive oil and sample oils and vinegars. Attendees can bring in various dishes so that after the presentation we will incorporate the oils and vinegars into our dish to create our group meal. More info to come!


Each member is invited to host one month by choosing a time, location, and plan that feels easy and enjoyable for her. This could mean making a reservation at a vegan restaurant, hosting at home, or organizing something else that appeals to those interested in vegan or healthy eating.


When you host, keep it simple—choose what works best for you, whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening.
