Join us for a walking and tasting tour of the Lower East Side, locations will include the Eldridge Street Synagogue, the Eddie Cantor birthplace, the home of Ira Gershwin, The Jewish Daily Forward Building, the Jarmalofsky Bank, and Orchard Street.
We'll also stop for noshing or shopping at Kossar's Bialys Bakery, The Pickle Guys, Economy Candy, and ending at Yonah Schimmel's Knishery. After the tour is over, consider a trip to Katz’s Deli only steps away.
Please note the Cost of food is separate and out of pocket.
*Optional Coffee: Pay-On-Your-Own
After the tour, we’ll head to a nearby restaurant for an optional Coffee or light snack to continue the conversation about the walking tour and enjoy each other’s company. Please plan to bring cash to cover your meal.
