The Modern Rose was voted the "Best Brunch in Florida" on Yelp in 2023. It features unique food and cafe drinks in a vintage atmosphere.

The Modern Rose is in a small strip center. Parking is limited, but there is free parking nearby at SE 1st Street and SE 6th Ave. (Federal Highway). This is on the SE corner of Federal and Atlantic Blvd. Federal Highway is one-way - SE 1st Street is on your right just before Atlantic Blvd.
